Safety is paramount to our company, not only to protect our employees, but to
ensure the smooth running of projects to the benefit of our clients.
We consider our safety record to be second to none within the industry, as in
35 years of business employing for the past 10 years in excess of 100 men, in
an obviously dangerous industry, our record is as follows:

All operatives have the following relating to Health & Safety:
Safety awareness trained
In possession of all PPE with Roofdec logo
Plant operation licenses
CSCS cards or awaiting CSCS cards (we are 70% carded as of 1st October 2003)
Undergoing NVQ assessment. We have our own in house assessor
All management staff have attended a 5 day CITB safety management course. We have
a full time in house safety manager and to complement this we employ external
consultants "Lincsafe Ltd" to produce our safety management system and visit
sites on a regular basis.
We are approved by the Contractors Health & Safety Scheme (CHAS)
Scaffolding edge protection and safety nets are an important ingredient to the
safety of a project, in order that we have direct control of this element, we
have our own scaffolding and netting division, which provides 70% of our requirements.
