1. Ikea Distribution - Doncaster

Carried out in two phases for Shepherd Construction. This is now the largest distribution depot in Europe!
It had a combined contract value of £6.5m and involved a total of 165,000m² of metal decking and Sarnafil PVC membrane together with 42,000m² of built up wall cladding.

2. Sainsburys Distribution - Hams Hall

The total contract value for the main distribution depot and RRU building
was £3.4m and involved no less than 118,000m2 of composite roof and
wall cladding for management contractors RGCM. The roof to the distribution
building involving 65,000m2 was installed in only 9 weeks and one months
valuation for this project was a massive £1.2m.

3. Sportsworld Distribution, Shirebrook

After successfully completing
a) Argos Distribution - £2.1m and 80,000m²
b) Mastercare, Newark - £2.2m and 85,000m²
for Norwest Holst, the Shirebrook contract was won involving 68,000m² of Kingspan roofing and 21,000m² of wall cladding with a contract value of £3.3m

4. QVC - Liverpool

Carried out in 3 phases, the QC shopping channel distribution complex totalling
100,000m2 of composite roofing and cladding and an overall contract value of
£3.1m. Phases 1 & 2 were carried out for Amec Building and phase 3 for
Shepherd Construction.

5. Sheffield Schools

Won on a negotiated basis. We carried out the roofing and cladding to six new schools
around Sheffield, including 33,000m2 of roofing and cladding and with a contract value
of £1.5m. This lead to a similar contract involving 3 new schools.
